Endless Energy Returns: adidas Running Launches New Line of Energy Boost Shoes

In February last year, adidas Running launched the game-changing Energy Boost shoes. These shoes boasted the highest energy return in the market with their patented micro-capsules in each foam sole. These energy capsules store and unleash energy with each step. Aside from that, the Boost foam itself is super comfortable making the shoes perfect even for just walking around.

It’s safe to say that the Energy Boost has changed running forever. But adidas won’t stop with that model. Building on the success (several international marathons have been won by runners in Boost shoes), adidas has released a new line of the Energy Boost shoes in all-new colorways.

adidas USA just tweeted the photo above, showing off what is probably the new lead colorway of the Energy Boost 2 shoes coming out this Spring/Summer 2014.

The Energy Boost running shoes launched just last year and took the running world to a whole new level. The shoes have the highest energy return in the market, according to a test done by Runner’s World that involved 800 shoes. Don’t believe the magazine? Just head on to the nearest adidas or sports store that carries Energy Boost, try on a pair and walk around. You’ll experience the comfort, the bouncy feel right away – even if you’re just walking!

They contain other key adidas technologies like a flexible Techfit upper with stability bands and the Torsion System in the sole.

adidas Springblade: You’ve Never Run Like This Before
